I am so excited to be writing a post on two of my favourite things, yoga, and Cape Town. I am a Cape Town girl, currently living in London, but home will always be close to my heart. Over the last few years, yoga has become a big part of my life. As every yogi knows, it’s not just about the poses, it’s about freeing your body and your mind. Yoga is a passion and a way of life! Recently I found an amazing yoga instructor in London, after relocating from South Africa! For the first time, my eyes have been opened to the concept of yogis who are hypermobile. Yoga: Do the things that move your soul

Since leaving home my yoga practice has taken a backseat. In South Africa all day every day was yoga day – I was at the peak of my yoga love. Nowadays, not so much. Not by choice but as we all know life can be unpredictable. I guess that’s the beauty of it all. Life goes on, you live, you learn, you grow and you appreciate life more than you did before.
